Off-Trail Chocolate (v)

Chocolate oat milk base + gluten-free brownies + fudge sauce

For our pints, we took one of our long-time Wild Scoops favorites and turned it vegan, while keeping it gluten-free. This base is made with chocolate oat milk, and then we throw in chunks of our homemade vegan and gluten-free brownies (a new product for us, same as in this month’s a la mode special) and add in a ripple of homemade vegan fudge. This one's for all the chocolate lovers out there! The name was inspired by hiking off-trail in nature’s playground, scrambling over rocks and through rivers.

Bonus Treat: Wild Blueberry Fun Bars (v)

Crispy rice cereal treats + AK blueberry oat milk ice cream + dark chocolate drizzle + rainbow sprinkles

You might have seen all our cereal bars we debuted earlier this month for Ice Cream for Breakfast Day. Unfortunately, the cereal treats were loaded with butter and marshmallows so we knew we would have a challenge ahead of us to turn them vegan! But if you've learned anything about Wild Scoops by now, you’ll know we are always up for the challenge! We swapped in vegan Earth Balance butter, used vegan Dandies marshmallows, made a few little ratio tweaks here and there and the crispy cereal treats were ready to roll! We filled them with vegan blueberry oat milk based 'ice cream' made with wild Alaskan blueberries from the tundra! For festive decor, we topped the whole thing with a chocolate drizzle and rainbow sprinkles. Enjoy!
