Scoop Leadership Track - Shift Lead/Assistant Manager (Scoop Team) (Year-round) -
We're looking for candidates with leadership experience who would be interested in joining as a Shift Lead to learn the Wild Scoops ropes now for a leadership position (Shift Lead, Assistant Manager or Manager) this coming spring/summer. Midtown Scoop Shop Manager (Year-round) -
We are specifically looking for a candidate who could begin by late January to train and shadow, and then officially step into the role by late-February. The Scoop Shop Manager is the top leadership position in the Midtown Scoop Shop, which operates year-round. They are enthusiastic, inspiring and professional when it comes to creating a welcoming and positive environment for employees and customers. They are master problem-solvers, love interacting with people and hold themselves and others to high standards. They work frequently alongside their staff and do what it takes to have everything run smoothly onsite.

Scoop Shop Assistant Manager (Year-round or Seasonal) -
Already thinking about summer and interested in expanding your leadership skills at a fun local business? Our assistant position works closely with the shop manager to create an awesome experience for staff, guests and the community alike. This position could start between now and April, and will run through the summer season of mid-September, though we will also have spots to continue with our crew in the off-season as a shift lead with special additional projects (as desired).
