Leadership Track (Scoop Team) (Year-round) -
We're looking for a few more people to join our year-round Scoop Team with a particular interest in those with some leadership experience who would be interested in joining as a Shift Lead now to learn the Wild Scoops ropes now for a leadership position (Shift Lead, Assistant Manager or Manager) this coming summer. If you are interested in growing your career and gaining more experience in a positive and community-oriented local business, we'd love to hear from you!​​
Scoop Team (Year-round) - We're looking for a few more people to join our year-round Scoop Team. We have particular interest in those with some leadership experience who would be interested in learning the Wild Scoops ropes now for a leadership position this coming summer (see posting above) but also have a few spots for those without past leadership experience but a strong commitment to join the team.
It may be a great job for you if you:
- like the idea of spreading joy and building community through ice cream
- thrive in a people-oriented work environment
- get enthusiastic about Alaskan ice cream and local ingredients
- want a fun and supportive job
- are 16+ and can work evenings and weekends (our busiest times)
Delivery & Logistics Team (Year-round) -
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented deliverer and driver with a can-do attitude and a willingness to dive right in. If you communicate well with others and also enjoy working alone, take pride in an efficient system and a job done well, this might be a good fit. You will load, transport and deliver products in a safe, timely manner with the Wild Scoops van or pushcarts. Cheaper than a gym membership!
