Outside of work, can be found: Hiking, biking or or x-c skiing (depending on the season!), playing with our two young daughters, still tinkering around in the kitchen
“We've been in business 9 years, and it has been so special to watch kids grow up -- I remember giving a pregnant mom some ice cream for her cravings and now her kid is in 3rd grade! We're so honored to be part of family traditions."

Outside of work, can be found: Doing comedy at Koots every week and a few other shows around town!
“Two months into working here, we were getting ready for fall flavors. It was kind of a skeleton crew and so sometimes it would just be me and one other person. I showed up one day and Elissa wasn’t there and instead there were 12 pumpkins on a table with a printed out recipe and just a note from her. I thought, ‘I’ve never roasted pumpkins before but here we go!’”

"I remember my time developing flavors and trying everyone else's creations back in 2018/2019 very fondly. We may have been a little too avant-garde but the process of generating ideas and making them come to life was very fulfilling. Although I'm no longer in the kitchen, I get to be part of a similar generative process in my new role!"

“I would never have thought I’d be working at an ice cream shop especially for 5 years straight. I don’t even like sweets that much, but being a churner and working with ice cream for a large portion of my adult life is pretty crazy to me.”
