Banoffee
Fresh banana base + Biscoff cookies + salted caramel
We have a lot of banana-based flavors in our archives – could this one be our best yet?! This was one of those rare R&D flavors that really came together pretty perfectly on the first try (as opposed to some others that have taken 6+ iterations!).
You have Bake Team member Andrea to thank for this one! Here’s what she said about her inspiration:
“Banoffee is a frozen take on an Irish treat I experienced while living in an Irish prison. I was there for an archaeological dig in my undergrad research years, not for crimes, don’t worry! Banoffee pie is traditionally a banana custard pie with rich toffee caramel and a crumbly, buttery crust. My interpretation uses a fresh banana base, our signature caramel (made with Alaska Pure Sea Salt from Sitka!), and Biscoff cookie crumbles. I hope this flavor transports you to the lush green fields of Ireland!”
Popular in both England and Ireland, Banoffee pie gets its name from the hybridization of banana + toffee (= banoffee). Want to try your hand at making the pie? Here’s the origin story and official recipe from the British originator of “Banoffi Pie” (we found banoffee and banoffi both used over the years)

Morning Milo
Made with the iconic chocolate malt beverage mix
This flavor may seem simple, but we had heated kitchen debates over whether to put an add-in in this, and in the end, ‘keeping it smooth and simple’ won out (have an idea of something you want to add to this ice cream base? Shoot us an email to let us know!).
Morning Milo was developed by Production Team member Dan. He explained:
“This flavor was inspired by my childhood, drinking a warm cup of Milo on calm Sunday mornings. While I hadn’t had a cup of Milo since my early adolescence, I thought it would be interesting to revisit the flavor and incorporate it into our ice cream here at Wild Scoops! It is a very simple and subtle chocolate flavor, but is packed with vitamins and minerals. I hope you enjoy this flavor as much as I did making it!!”

Bonus: Strawberry Matcha Fun Bars
Strawberry crispy rice cereal treats + matcha ice cream + white chocolate drizzle + strawberry bits
These are an extension of all the R&D we did for our (Ice Cream for) Breakfast Bars this past month! We were super excited to lean into the holiday of Ice Cream for Breakfast Day, and we created a whole bunch of new cereal treats for the occasion. We had our standard rice crispy “Summer Fun Bar” (Club 2016) and we had our Golden Grahams “S’mores Fun Bar” (Club 2022), but this year we added Cocoa Pebbles (for “Morning Mocha”) and Cinnamon Toast Crunch (for “Cinnamon Toast”).
For this new Club offering, we added freeze-dried strawberries into the rice krispies mix for a slightly pink and fruity outer treat. We brainstormed what ice cream to pair it with and the final choices were Cream Cheese, Peanut Butter, Rose, Banana, Sweet Cream, Buttermilk, Blueberry and Matcha! Which would you have chosen?! We went with Matcha in the end because we were interested in how its slight bitterness would balance out the tart fruitiness of the strawberry and the sweetness of the marshmallows in the cereal treat. We love the beautiful way the light green ice cream contrasts with the cereal, and then we added a drizzle of white chocolate and freeze-dried strawberries on top to tie everything together!
Milo, your morning sounds are fantastic! Creating a tasty ice cream flavor based on a beloved childhood treat is a brilliant concept. It sounds like you're making the correct option by keeping things simple and smooth; after all, the greatest flavors are the ones that remind you of good old days. geometry dash
Morning Milo sounds absolutely amazing! I love the idea of turning a childhood favorite into a delicious ice cream flavor. Keeping it smooth and simple definitely sounds like the right choice—sometimes the best flavors are the ones that bring back those nostalgic memories. I can't wait to try it out and see how it brings back the taste of those calm Sunday mornings with a warm cup of Milo. And kudos to you and the Wild Scoops team for packing it with vitamins and minerals—guilt-free indulgence! I'll definitely shoot you an email if I come up with any add-in ideas. Thanks for sharing this sweet treat with us! slice masters
