What better way to say "I love you" than with ice cream? It's always a great way to send some cheer to anyone who could use a little pick-me-up, even if (especially if!) that person is you.
This year we have large pies, which are a standard 9" diameter and serve 8-10, as well as cute mini pies, which are 5" diameter and serve 1-2 nicely.
We have a dairy option, our Bear Hugs & Kisses pie (on left). It starts with a homemade Oreo crust, gets filled with our Bear Hug ice cream (chocolate base + mixed berry jam), and topped with fudge and homemade chocolate strawberry bark pieces. (Contains: coconut, milk, wheat, soy).
This year, we also have a vegan option (on right!). It has a Oreo crust, a creamy coconut + mixed berry jam ice cream filling, and a topping of fudge and homemade chocolate strawberry bark pieces. (Contains: coconut, wheat, soy).
We are only able to make a limited number of each, so make sure to pre-order ASAP! The pies will be available for pick-up from our Midtown Scoop Shop from 12-9p on 2/13 & 2/14. You can pick up in person, or via Curbside by texting 907-444-0714 with your full name and order.
