Flavor from the Vault: Cinnamon Toast Munch!

Welcome back from the vault - Cinnamon Toast Munch!Â
We first made this flavor in 2019 for Adventure Club as tribute to our new Midtown across-the-lot neighbors, Great Harvest Bread (we had just moved into our second Test Kitchen there and opened the Midtown Scoop Shop in April 2019!). We bought the ever glorious cinnamon chip bread from Great Harvest, cut it into small pieces, coated it with butter and sugar and baked it into delicious crunchy croutons. Then we swirled in a homemade white chocolate cinnamon ganache, and the whole flavor tasted somewhat like a cinnamon bun! You can now get Cinnamon Toast Munch at the Midtown Scoop Shop in scoops and pints - but this is a limited batch so get it while supplies last!
As we celebrate 10 years of creating ice cream for our community, we have been bringing back one flavor from the vault each month, starting this past July and running through next May! We have collected flavor suggestions from our customers, our staff, and Adventure Club Members. It brings back so many memories hearing which of our flavors you are reminiscing about!Â
Since the inception of Wild Scoops, we have created over 350 flavors! Many of those have come through Adventure Club (you can see the full list here!) while others have come about throughout the year. A few were inspired by our box of dreams which existed in the Downtown Scoop Shop on E St when it first opened.Â
