Herb time!


The summer bounty is here! From rhubarb to berries, we're throwing it in ice cream! We also were excited to collaborate with the Alaska Botanical Garden last week for their Beer Garden fundraising event. We received a few bundles of broadleaf sage, picked by their garden volunteers. We steeped it in cream, then added some local birch almond brittle bits from Kahiltna Birchworks. The Sage Birch Brittle flavor was a hit!

If you haven't yet visited the Alaska Botanical Garden, we recommend a relaxing stroll through their many winding paths.
