The mountains got a dusting of fresh snow last week, but it felt like summer as we received our first batch of fresh, super-sweet strawberries from Glacier Valley Farm.
We made some Strawberry Balsamic for the South Anchorage Farmers Market, and it ended up being one of our best sellers of the day. The tangy balsamic complements the sweet berries, and the whole thing is a pretty flecked pink. Looking forward to more berry flavors to come!
