Cranberries mean fall! They're the rubies of the tundra, the tart jewels of autumn. Last year, we experimented with high-bush and low-bush cranberries, and this year we're excited to bring some of the results to market. We started with some low-bush cranberries, also called lingonberries, picked for us by a few friends. We mixed it in with our standard base to get a pretty, pinkish, mildly tart flavor. After churning, we swirled in tart cranberry sauce and some white chocolat
