We love this flavor for its emphasis on local ingredients. The name, 907-PBJ, is a nod to our local area code, just like how this is our local take on a classic combo.
We start with a sweet cream base, then fold in wildberry (salmonberries, blueberries, lingonberries) jam from Kahiltna Birchworks in Talkeetna. We also add chunks of peanut butter cookies from Fire Island Rustic Bakeshop in Anchorage. Really, adding chunks of ANYTHING Fire Island makes is ALWAYS a good move...and this flavor is no exception!
