We're so excited to partner with Resolution Brewing Company for this fun event! Come on by their brewery, sample some beers, sample some ice cream, and choose your favorite combination for a float! We'll also have root beer on hand.
Sometimes people act skeptical about the idea of combining beer and ice cream....but to us, it's a natural and amazingly delicious combo! Dark beers like porters and stouts pair especially well with the creamy freshness of ice cream -- but really, your imagination is the only limit to float ideas!
There's no cover charge, but you'll pay for the float (worth every penny and then some!).
We'll have a beer ice cream on hand that we made with Resolution's 'Cerveza de los Muertos.' Their beer is a Mexican chocolate-inspired imperial sour stout, brewed with cacao nibs, cinnamon and chili. For our ice cream, we added some bits of spicy chocolate to stay true to their vision.
